RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items sold on TITAN22.COM go through quality control procedures. Every item is thoroughly inspected before, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
 
TITAN offers our customers the option to return certain products within the seven (7) day return period upon delivery or purchase. Returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will be entertained during this time. All orders returned due to change of mind/size/product preference are only valid for product replacement/exchange or store credit. Any shipping fees that are incurred are to be shouldered by the buyer. Once the return and exchange claim has been approved, customers have seven (7) days to return the product and claim their product replacement or store credit. If customers fail to return the item within this period, the return and exchange request will be voided and can no longer be appealed.
 
All returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will only be accommodated once. Succeeding requests to return or exchange the order due to the aforementioned reasons will be denied.
 
Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to undergarments, socks and other items listed as not returnable.)
 
Items returned to TITAN22.COM will be processed within 10-15 days from the time the package is received by the Etaily warehouse. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
 
Upon completion of the inspection process, a TITAN22.COM representative will provide the results of the product claim through email.

 
TITAN Guidelines for Product Exchanges and Returns
// Any product returned for exchange or for refund must have been purchased from TITAN22.COM or TITAN Retail Stores.
// Items may be exchanged with other items for sale within TITAN22.COM or through TITAN Retail Stores.
// Requests solely due to change of price will not be entertained. All prices and payments of orders are honored during the time of purchase. Discounts or promotions are applied at checkout or at the time of purchase and are not retroactive.
// For TITAN22.COM orders, the shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer for orders below PHP7000.
// It is recommended to insure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until Etaily receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
// A dated sales invoice/receipt must be returned with the product. All merchandise must be returned unused and in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
// Should you wish to make a return, visit any of our TITAN stores along with your product and original Official Receipt. A product replacement or a store credit voucher will be issued for valid claims at the sole discretion of Titan. Store credit vouchers are non-transferrable, not convertible to cash. Store credit vouchers may be used at any TITAN store or via TITAN22.COM.


Return Date: Within 7 days
// Any item purchased through TITAN22.COM & TITAN App or at TITAN Retail Stores is eligible for return within seven (7) days from the date the item was delivered/purchased. Returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will be entertained during this time period.
// Only orders valid for resale can be exchanged. Orders must be returned with a dated sales invoice/receipt and the product’s original and complete packaging for it to be accepted.
// All orders returned within 7 days will be valid for a product replacement/exchange. If the customer does not avail of a product replacement, store credit will be offered in exchange.
// A refund will only be valid if the returned item/product is found to be defective.
// For TITAN22.COM & TITAN App orders, items with cosmetic flaws are eligible for return within 7 days from delivery. For in-store purchases, items (regularly priced and on sale) will be sold on an "as is, where is" basis. Return and exchange claims due to cosmetic flaws (i.e. excess thread, glue stains, paint imperfections, creases, wrinkling) will not be entertained, unless stated otherwise upon the sole discretion of TITAN.


Return Date: After 7 days
// Only defective items will be accepted for return after the seven (7) day period. Returns due to change of mind/size/product preference will no longer be entertained. Defective Lifestyle footwear will be valid for return for a maximum of thirty (30) days, and forty-five (45) for defective performance footwear.
// Orders must be returned with a dated sales invoice/receipt and the product’s original and complete packaging for it to be accepted.
// A product replacement may be issued for defective items. If the exact same product (including size) is no longer available, a product of equal value may be issued as replacement.
// In the event that a product replacement is not available or not claimed by the customer, store credit may be offered. Should the customer decline store credit, a refund may be issued.
// Sale products/items with factory defect/workmanship flaws will be valid for return and exchange, upon the sole discretion of Titan.


Exchange of the following items shall not be accepted except those determined by Titan as factory defect:
// Items that have been worn more than once or show signs of excessive use
// Items bought at TITAN Outlet Store
// Claims requested solely due to damaged packaging, boxes or wrapping cannot be returned or exchanged.
// Personal care items, such as but not limited to socks, underwear, boxers, compression gear, sleeves, headwear/caps, towel, hair products, and used items (for hygiene reasons).


Policies for Product Exchanges and Refunds
// Items should be returned unused, and with all TITAN22.COM and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
// Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, hang tags, dust bags should be included with the return.
// All items returned should have a sales invoice to ease the process. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Defective or damaged items will be replaced by TITAN without any further cost to the buyer. TITAN will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective.
// Claims requested solely due to damaged packaging, boxes or wrapping cannot be returned or exchanged.
// In accordance with the DTI and The Consumer Act of the Philippines, “once a sale is done and the product has no defect, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund.”
 
Guidelines for Product Returns for Factory Defects, Material and Workmanship Flaws

// Any product returned must have been purchased from TITAN22.COM or TITAN Retail Stores only.
// Factory defects, material and workmanship flaws are issues that affect the ability of the product to be worn or used. The following, but not limited to, are considered as such: sole separation, defective technology, damaged eyelets, broken laces, etc.
// It is recommended to insure the return shipment as the customer is responsible for the care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until Etaily receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
// A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection.
// Returns do not include shipping postage. If the order is refused, the customer will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
// All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
// Once the claim has been approved, customers will be given the option to select where they would like their store credit to be issued from TITAN22.COM and TITAN Stores. Once selected, store credit is no longer transferable and must be redeemed through the chosen channel.


If the product claim is approved, a product replacement (same or comparable style) OR a Store Credit voucher at the sole discretion of TITAN will be issued. Product replacement OR Store Credit voucher will be shipped within 10 days from the time the customer has been contacted by a TITAN22.COM representative.

The following, but not limited to, WILL NOT be accepted for return:
// Products TITAN determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
// Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
// Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice.
// Product with labels and tags removed.
// Gift with purchase items.
// Products with cosmetic flaws that have been previously disclosed to the customer prior to purchase.
